The minimum age we recommend is 11 years old and the minimum height for bike rental is 5’2”. Our tours can be tailored to suit novice or expert riders.

This is a private tour and we can vary the trails and pace to suit your needs, making it as challenging or as easy as you like. Please note these are mountain bike tours and you should have a good standard of cycling technique as a minimum.
