Duration
- The duration of this lesson is 2 hours. Please arrive early for a complementary tea or coffee.
Terrain
- There will be a wide range of single track used in the core skills session including black trails and natural sections.
Bike Rental
- All participants should have their own bike, rental is not an option for this lesson.
Fitness
- Participants require a basic level of fitness. The course will focus on skills rather than the physical aspect of the sport.
Group Size
- This is a public group lesson and where you will be riding with other bikers of varying experience. Max group size of 8 people. Please note these are adult lessons, over 18’s only. Minors may arrange a private lesson with us.
Cost
- The cost of this lesson €60 per person.
