Newcomers
- Slow speed control exercises to build confidence, slowing down before speeding up!
- Attack position
- Gearing and braking
- Cornering
- Core Skills – track stand, manual, etc
Experienced Riders
- Drops, jumps, berms
- Application of core skills on the trail
- Carrying speed over more technical sections of trail
- Looking at fast, technical and steeper trails
- Switchbacks, root sections, drops and line choice.
Duration
- The duration of each coaching session is 2 hours. Please arrive early for a coffee on us!
Bike Rental
- Hardtail bike rental is included in the cost! Please add it in the cart
- Full suspension bikes can be added with a 50% discount, electric bike rental is charged at the full price
- Please remember to add 3 bikes if your group size is 3 people, etc.
Cost
- The cost is €115 for 1 person and includes bike rental!
- The cost for an extra person is €45.
