We have over 15 years’ experience delivering fully guided mountain bike tours with coaching and bike rental included in the cost!
Biking.ie was established in 2007 by Tarja Owens and Niall Davis, two of Ireland’s most experienced mountain bikers and highly accomplished International competitors. Ticknock is one of the five National mountain bike centres in Ireland and is highly regarded as one of the best places to mountain bike in the world!
Tour Highlights
We will choose the most suitable trails for your group, like the fun and flowing blue trail called ‘Wibbly, Wobbly, Wonder’ on route to the spectacular views over ‘Dublin City’ and the ‘Irish Sea’ where we will stop for photos.
Our bike partner is Trek and participants will get to ride the plush Trek Roscoe bikes which are only ever a few months old and immaculately maintained by our full time qualified mechanics.
With expertly designed trails and breath-taking views over the Dublin City, we’re here to make this a mountain bike tour to remember, no matter what the ability level is!

Age and Ability
The minimum age we recommend is 11 years old. Our tours can be tailored to suit novice or expert riders. This is a private tour so we can vary the pace to suit your needs, making it as challenging or as easy as you like. Please note these mountain bike tours are on quite hilly terrain and you should have a good standard of fitness and cycling technique.
